By accessing or using the services of Exodus Cinema & Cafe ("we", "us", or "our"), including our website at exoduscinema.com, our cinema, lounge, game center, and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Exodus Cinema & Cafe provides the following services:

• Cinema screenings and ticket sales
• Lounge and cafe with food, drinks, and shisha services
• Game center with various gaming experiences
• Event hosting and reservations
• Online booking and reservation through our website

3. Ticket Purchases and Reservations

Cinema Tickets

• All ticket purchases are final once confirmed and payment is processed
• Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and screening specified at purchase
• We reserve the right to change screening times or cancel showings due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or reschedule will be offered
• Customers are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled screening time

Lounge Reservations

• Reservations are subject to availability
• We may require a deposit for group bookings or special events
• Failure to arrive within 30 minutes of your reservation time may result in cancellation
• Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours before the reserved time

4. Payments and Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice
• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers
• In the event of a payment dispute, please contact us with your transaction details

5. Refund Policy

• Cinema tickets may be refunded if a screening is cancelled by us
• Refunds for food and beverage orders are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Game center credits are non-refundable once used
• Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the transaction
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

6. Code of Conduct

To ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests, we ask that you:

• Treat all staff and fellow guests with respect
• Refrain from disruptive behaviour during cinema screenings
• Do not bring outside food or beverages into the premises
• Follow all safety instructions and guidelines posted on our premises
• Do not record or photograph cinema screenings (this is a violation of copyright law)
• Handle all gaming equipment with care; customers may be liable for deliberate damage
• Comply with the legal drinking age requirement for alcoholic beverages

7. Age Restrictions

• Certain movie screenings carry age ratings. Guests may be asked to present valid identification
• Alcoholic beverages and shisha services are only available to guests aged 18 and above
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult

8. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:
